Responsibilities

The Practice Integration Manager will implement tools to facilitate a successful Integration strategy that promotes the Pediatrix culture and implements consistent company processes, standards and systems for each new growth opportunity. The Integration Manager will lead, facilitate and coordinate integration activities for each of the company’s new and unique growth opportunities. Additionally, the Manager will take responsibility for communicating important Integration information to the Growth Team, Regional Operations and Corporate Departments.

 

Responsibilities: 

  • Explores, develops, and implements strategies for the Integration of new growth opportunities. 
  • Ensures effective communication between internal and external customers, forming a relationship of trust and facilitating change. 
  • Manages the Integration teams by defining clear assignments; developing common formats for their outputs; establishing disciplined timelines; and coordinating meeting schedules, meeting formats, communication mechanisms, and review processes. Involves implementing systems and structure as well as coordination and management on an ongoing basis. 
  • Jointly formulates framework for Integration strategy and then completes delivery of plan.  
  • Continuously develops and adjusts common tools, practices, processes and language. 
  • Develops a systematic process acting as a liaison and relaying pertinent information between the growth opportunity personnel,  Divisional Operations, Corporate Departments and the Growth Team. Uses feedback to learn and continually adapt Integration plan. 
  • Guides acquired practices as they navigate through the Pediatrix organization, and assists them in understanding Pediratix's culture, processes and systems. 
  • Monitors progress against goals and ensuring that Integration efforts meet and exceed expectations. 
  • Coordinates the gathering of practice specific information and requirements to validate the scope of understanding of the practice needs and execute the integration collaboration with key stakeholders.  
  • Coordinates the efforts of the functional departments, as required, to ensure that the practices are operating in accordance with corporate expectations. 
  • Anticipates potential schedule or priority delays and initiates plans for alternative actions. 
  • Creates strategies for risk mitigation and contingency planning. 
  • Facilitates and translates needs assessment utilizing strong facilitating skills, ability to organize and present information to foster creative thinking. 
  • Identifies requirements, constraints, and assumptions in order to ensure effective integration of the opportunity. 
  • Effectively communicates throughout the organization and at all levels regarding the team responsibilities, target dates, status, resource needs and provides general communication as needed. Fosters clear communication and has the ability to synchronize activities among multiple projects and teams. 
  • Maintains all necessary documentation. 
  • Ensures adherence to quality standards and reviews project deliverables.

Qualifications

Education/Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university.
  • Five (5) years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. 
  • 2 years prior experience supervisory/managerial skills.
  • 2 years prior experience involved in high-level project management.
  • 2 years prior health-care experience preferred.

Software:

Proficient in Smart Sheet and Microsoft Excel
