Responsibilities

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Clinical Talent Acquisition Manager to support the efficiency and success of our clinical recruitment function. This role is critical in managing systems, processes, approvals, and cross-functional collaboration across the talent acquisition lifecycle. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, excels at problem-solving, and can build strong relationships across departments and with external partners.

  • Provide operational oversight and administrative support for the TA department.
  • Team Support & Leadership - Manage, provide coaching and support for the clinical recruitment team.
  • Partner with sourcing team to provide guidance on processes, strategies, and marketing approvals for conferences, job ads, and collateral.
  • Project & Event Management - Provide strategic support, planning and attendance at conferences and or recruitment events.
  • Serve as primary liaison for key recruitment vendors - ensuring maximum ROI.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration - Foster strong working relationships among key stakeholders and departments.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to analyze data and present insights to stakeholders.
  • Perform other duties and initiatives as assigned to support department and organizational goals.

 

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree (B.A.) from a four-year college or university; or one-to-two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. 10+ years healthcare recruiting experience (physicians and advanced practice practitioners preferred) with a national organization.

Experience with developing and implementing recruiting strategies and managing talent acquisition programs.

Knowledge of Federal and State laws and practices pertaining to employment/labor, standard human resources practices and procedures.

Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.

Excellent negotiation, presentation and organizational skills.

Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (iCIMS preferred), to include evaluating, implementing and overseeing system utilization.
