Responsibilities

As a Sr. Healthcare Recruiter, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic recruitment initiatives to meet the staffing needs of both hospital-based and outpatient clinical roles. This position manages the full-cycle recruitment process, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, maintaining data accuracy, and delivering a positive and engaging candidate experience.

 

  • Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies.
  • Source, screen, and interview candidates for a variety of specialized healthcare roles.
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from job posting through offer acceptance.
  • Ensure all recruitment activities comply with organizational policies and healthcare regulations.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate and requisition data in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
  • Create targested job postings and maintain distribution across selected platforms
  • Provide a positive experience to candidates, ensuring timely communication and a professional process.
  • Collaborate with HR, credentialing, and onboarding teams to ensure seamless transitions for new hires.
  • Analyze recruitment metrics and adjust strategies to improve outcomes.

Qualifications

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field; or equivalent experience.

 

Experience

  • 5+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience, preferably in healthcare.
  • Proven success in high-volume recruiting and specialized hospital roles.
  • Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools.

 

Skills

  • Excellent communication, organizational, and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong organizational and administrative skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to adapt recruitment approaches for diverse and specialized positions.
  • Ability to manage multiple requisitions and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
