We are seeking an experienced Practice Manager to oversee the operational, financial, and strategic functions of our office-based/ambulatory practice. This role partners closely with the Practice Medical Director and leadership teams to ensure efficiency, profitability, and growth while maintaining high-quality patient care.

Responsibilities

  • Lead daily operations and ensure compliance with division policies.
  • Collaborate with clinical providers on recruitment, staffing, and scheduling.
  • Monitor practice performance and implement productivity improvements.
  • Manage P&L, budgeting, and financial planning processes.
  • Identify growth opportunities and mitigate business risks.
  • Oversee contract management and payer arrangements.
  • Drive revenue cycle efficiency and quality initiatives.
  • Provide leadership and oversight to all practice-based departments.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required; 5–7 years of healthcare experience.
  • Strong knowledge of medical office operations and local healthcare environment.
  • Proven financial and analytical skills; proficiency in MS Word and Excel.
  • Excellent communication and people management skills.
  • OB/GYN or Maternal Fetal Medicine office management experience strongly preferred.

The pay for this position ranges from $120,000.00 - $196,000.00 per year and is based on years of relevant experience.

 

This position will have a bonus plan of up to 15% of annual salary based on exceeding performance metrics.
