Lead Nationwide Growth in TeleHealth & Hearing Screening!
 
We’re seeking an Associate Vice President (AVP) to drive strategy, operations, and financial performance for two critical service lines.

Responsibilities

The AVP, National Services will lead national business strategy and growth for Hearing Screening and TeleHealth, driving profitability, operational excellence, and service line expansion. This role partners with executive leadership to execute the organization’s vision, ensuring strong relationships with hospitals, physician practices, and internal teams while fostering a culture of safety, quality, and collaboration.

 
Strategic Planning: Develop and execute nationwide strategies for profitable growth in alignment with organizational objectives.
Service Line Leadership: Assess and optimize Hearing Screening and TeleHealth services; drive strategic initiatives for expansion and performance improvement.
Risk & Compliance: Identify, scope, and mitigate business risks; ensure safe daily operations and adherence to contracts.
Financial Oversight: Deliver top and bottom-line results through budgeting, financial monitoring, productivity reviews, and cost containment strategies.
Business Development: Design and approve growth models; collaborate with sales, marketing, and growth teams to expand market presence.
Clinical Collaboration: Partner with clinical teams to advance safety and quality initiatives across all service lines.
Performance Monitoring: Track operational efficiency and financial health through KPIs and monthly reviews; implement continuous improvement measures.
Revenue Cycle & Contracting: Oversee managed care and revenue cycle; negotiate agreements with physicians, payers, hospitals, and vendors for new and ongoing operations.
Culture & Quality: Ensure optimal service delivery, foster a unified Pediatrix culture, and champion safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

Education/Experience:

  • Minimum of 10 years experience in financial management and analysis including development of pro forma, contracting, business development, business development and physician relations.
  • Bachelor's Degree (B.A.) from a four-year college or university; or equivalent combination of education and experience. 
  • Experience in successfully leading and motivating a team
  • Experience leading operations in a multi-state healthcare organization. 

Knowledge/Skills:

  • Ability to negotiate and build relationships with physicians, physician groups, other healthcare professionals and hospital partners;
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Critical thinker with the ability to logically evaluate all aspects of situations and problems to arrive at optimal solutions
  • Strong negotiation skills with the ability to find collaborative and positive outcomes.
  • High degree of personal accountability, emotional intelligence, energy and entrepreneurial mindset.
